ASAP Summer Camp Terms
There are no refunds or credits for missed classes. Children may not begin any program unless tuition has been received.
If a child's group therapist determines a program to be inappropriate for a child, parents will be notified and a refund will be given for remaining classes or options to participate in a more appropriate program will be discussed with parents.
Upon receipt of your registration form and full tuition you will receive a confirmation email regarding you child's enrollment. Your child's name will be added to the class list and a registration welcome packet and program letter will be mailed to you approximately 10 days before group sessions begin. Welcome packets are mailed once a minimum of 4 children have signed up for an individual program.
Full refunds are only available if cancellation is received 14 days prior to beginning of Session. Failure to cancel will result in a $75 Service Fee. There is a $35 Service Fee for returned checks.
